Straight answers

Everything owners actually ask us, answered the way we'd say it across a counter.

Do I really see the website before I pay?

Yes. That's the whole idea. You send us your business name and town, we build the full site and send you a private link. You look at it on your phone, show your family, take your time.

If you love it, it's $399 and it goes live. If you don't, you say no and that's the end of it — no bill, no follow-up calls.

Who owns the web address (the domain)?

You do. We register it in your name from day one — not ours. The renewal is billed at what it costs us, listed on your invoice, never marked up and never hidden.

If you ever leave, the address goes with you. It was never ours to keep.

What exactly does the $399 a year include?

The finished website you already approved — your services, your area, your photos if you have them, a button that calls your phone, a contact form, and the setup that helps Google find you.

And then keeping it that way: the hosting, the security certificate, and us watching it so it stays fast and stays online.

It also includes 4 basic updates a year — new opening hours, a new phone number, swapping a photo, changing a line of text. One request counts as one update, and they don't roll over.

Is the $399 every year, or just the first?

Every year. It's one price for having a website that's built, hosted and looked after — there's no separate setup fee and no separate hosting bill.

The year starts the day you go live, and it renews on that date. We'll tell you before it renews — you'll never find out from your bank statement.

What about my own web address?

If you want your own (like yourshop.com), we buy it for you and point the site at it. It renews once a year at whatever the registrar charges us — shown on your invoice at cost, never marked up.

If you don't want one yet, your site lives on an address of ours and works exactly the same. You can add your own name later and we'll move it over.

What if I need a bigger change?

After that, an update is $19 — and an update is one request, not one change: tell us everything you want different and it is still $19. If you want a kind of section your site doesn't have yet, we build it for $199. Need it within 24 hours? Add 50%.

You always see the change before it goes live, standard work is done within 5 days, and we keep the previous version so anything can be rolled back.

What do you need from me?

For the free preview: your business name and your town. That's it.

If you decide to go live, we'll ask for the things only you know: the services you offer in your own words, the areas you cover, your hours, a link to your Google reviews, a real photo of your work or crew if you have one, and your address if you want it shown.

No answer? Then that part simply stays off the page. We never fill gaps with made-up facts.

Will you write things about my business that aren't true?

No. Everything on your site is something you told us or something publicly yours. We don't invent years in business, reviews, licences or guarantees — ever.

Reviews link to your real Google page instead of being copied onto the site, so what customers see is always current and always true.

How fast will my site be live?

The free preview usually takes a few days. Once you say yes and send us your details, the site is typically live on your own web address within the week.

Changes after launch: standard requests are done within 5 days, rush jobs in 24 hours.

What if something's wrong right after launch?

For 14 days after launch, corrections are free — a typo, a wrong phone number, a broken link. They don't count against your yearly updates. You spot it, we fix it.

I already have a website. Can you replace it?

Yes. We rebuild it properly — everything worth keeping comes across: your pages, your text, your photos, your reviews link. Nothing gets lost in the move, and your web address stays the same.

You'll see the new site next to your old one before anything changes.

What happens if I want to leave?

You cancel whenever you want and it simply doesn't renew. No exit fee, no 30-day dance, no hostage-taking. We don't refund the year you already paid for, and your site keeps working until that year is up.

Ask us and we'll hand over the whole thing — the site's code, the web address, everything — in working order, to you or to whoever you choose next.

We'd rather you stay because the site earns its keep, not because leaving is hard.

Where does my site actually run? What if fasttweb disappears?

Your site runs on the same worldwide network that serves some of the biggest sites on the internet — not on a computer in our office. That's why it stays fast and stays up.

And because the web address is registered in your name and everything can be handed over, your site outlives us either way. You're never stuck.
